you agree to my terms of use, and the copyright laws in your country.

You May:

› You may use my kits for layouts for publications, as long as proper credit is given. 

› You may use my kits to design your personal blog, as long as proper credit is given. 

› You may use my kits to scrap layouts for someone else as long as it is in a flattened image.

You May Not:

› You may not re-color of modify any of the elements or papers for redistribution in a kit for sale or a give it away as a freebie.

› My products are not to be resold, Never claim as your own.

› You may not turn my kits into brushes, tubes, masks, textures or patterns.

› You may not re-distribute any of my kits, or elements to anyone via the web, such as message boards, blogs, newsgroups, personal groups or any other manner.

› You may not incorporate these kits into any other project that will be sold. 

› You may not recolor of modify any of the elements to create something to someone else, use the kit as it is.
